Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with Fifteen One. If it's not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
It must be in its original packaging
You'll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return: Contact us at support@getfifteen.com with your order number, and we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
